Take your child to work day!

Thursday was take your child to work day, so Parker got to go with Dustin. He woke up early and off they went. Preslie wasn't to happy that "Bubba" got to go and she didn't but she will next year when Parker has to go to school. I think they both had a good time together. Parker's favorite part of working with his dad was their lunch break at McDonald's and the delivery to OHSU. Dustin's was getting off work lol! Thanks Babe for making Parker's day

A couple of weeks ago my boss gave us his kids play structure since his kids are in middle school they don't use it much anymore. After 12 hours of moving and the help of seven of Dustin's friends it finally got moved to our house and re -assembled. Since last weekend was nice we decided to invite the Vanderhoff's over to play and have a bbq. We only have a couple more weeks together before they move back to Medford again so we are trying to get together as much as our schedules allow it. I can't believe they have been here three years and Mike is all done with school. I'm sad but so happy for their family.

Let's Go Dodgers

It's our families favorite time of year, Baseball season! This year Parker gets to play TBall in the little league not just through the city, so he's pretty excited. Dustin is coaching again this year, he didn't sign up too but there was so many kids and not enough coaches that I volunteered him. My mistake because he thinks he's coaching the major leagues. He hasn't cancelled a practice yet even with the rain storms and hail we had. Isn't baseball the one sport they cancel if it rains??? I guess everyone is as dedicated to it too since only a few kids miss practice. The team is all 5 and 6 year old boys who love baseball so I think he's happy. Dustin is grateful we have a bunch of parents who are willing to help out at practice and during the games so we look forward to a great season. Here are some pictures and a video from his first game. His first game he even got to play inder the lights.
