Christmas with Grandma & Grandpa Thompson

This year for Christmas my mom and step dad Joe came to visit. We usually do stuff with Dustin's family every year but this year since my mom was unable to make it to Medford for thanksgiving i offered for her to come for Christmas since we have been so busy and i wanted to have a low key Christmas at home and of course she said YES!! Here are some pictures from the weekend. On Christmas eve we ordered pizza and then headed out to PIR to look at Christmas lights. On the way home we hit a couple other houses in the area that are pretty neat. On Christmas day we woke up around 9 opened presents and then had dinner with Dustin's step-mom Katie and her son Danny and his kids. Unfortunately Grandpa Kevin couldn't come because he was feeling under the weather but we still had a nice day. We all ate way too much and the kids were spoiled rotten. I feel very blessed that the kids are loved so much by all their grandparent and they were here to help us celebrate this year.

It's begininng to look alot like Christmas

On Friday afternoon my boss brought over some old school Christmas lights that her sister wanted to get rid of and of course I offered to take them off her hands and save us like $75. Once the kids saw the lights Parker instantly wanted to start decorating. Luckily it was nice on Friday and Dustin got home early and started to hung up the lights on the house. We usually wait until after my birthday to decorate for Christmas but the kids where so excited i couldn't tell them NO! It was so fun spending time as a family decorating for my favorite time of year and making memories with my kids.
